Pune: The sixth edition of the Salesforce ’State of Marketing’ report expects augmented reality and voice technology and an expanded population online to have the greatest impact on marketing by 2030. Technology and advertising are the top criteria for budget allocations in b2b and b2c marketing, with the top social metrics are marketing leads, social analytics and sales effectiveness. The company surveyed over 7,000 senior marketers across 30 countries globally, including over 300 in India for this report. The report found that the top priorities of marketers are innovating, engaging customers in real time and improving returns on investment. Take a look at the findings:
